Pretty sweet ice machine. Makes some of the best chewing ice that can be had and quite a lot of it. The extra side water tank is a must this actually gives you a decent amount of water without having to fill it up constantly. Another great feature is having the ability to schedule the run time throughout the day. We have ours on for 4 hours in the early afternoon then 4 hours in the evening. Draws about 100 watt/hours. Depending on your electricity rates if running 10 hours a day in California it would cost about 30 to 40 cents a day to run.

It makes and hold plenty for a 2 person household fairly quickly. The glass is how much was made in about 10 minutes. The full bucket used almost a gallon of spring water to make. It’s fairly quiet and you only really hear ice drop when it’s empty. It tastes soooo good like sonic or hospital machine ice. I will update after a few months but as of now i love it!

I constantly buy bags of sonic ice but now I no longer have to. Installation is super easy and I added the water tank for convenience. It started making ice within minutes of being turned on. Glad I purchased.

This is my first Ice machine and the nuggets are almost identical to sonic ice, closest I have ever gotten. It is definitely worth the money spent.

I got the ice maker today and so far so good. At first it was slow, but once things got set up with the WiFi and filled the water, put the side tank on -everything seems ok. There was some water running in the front compartment when I first started to make ice not sure what happened but it’s been gone since.

I love chewing ice and this nugget/pellet ice is awesome!! I followed the instructions and cleaned it out first and then it immediately started making ice and had enough to fill up my cup in 15 minutes.

This ice maker is fantastic! For those worried about noise level — it’s an ice maker. It will make some noise, but it’s not loud. It’s the perfect size to go on the counter and I love the side reservoir for extra water. There is an app that you can download to schedule your ice and it also shows you when it needs maintenance.All in all !! It’s a must buy!
